That's a problem line, there's an extract space in there, should be:

deb http://repo.psand.net/ wheezy main

But that could be a typo of yours. I think the problem lies with the
/etc/resolv.conf your guests inherit, or some other aspect of DNS.

To build a guest in Debian with debootstrap it needs to be able to
access the internet at some point, and they inherit some files from
the host to help them do that. This means two main things:

* the /etc/resolv.conf you have on your host must, when put inside a
guest will work
* the guest must be created with a network config that's going to
allow it internet access.
