With a proper kernel/patch and the default config, this
is definitely not possible :)

maybe, but more likely you have IPs configured for the
guest you shouldn't (like e.g. 127.0.0.1 on lo)

the guest config (specifically the interfaces and
*capabilities) should help to diagnose.
