I found that kernel hacker Paul Sladen keeps archives of this list at:
http://www.paul.sladen.org/vserver/archives/
So you could use a Google query to search those archives like:
"xorg" site:http://www.paul.sladen.org/vserver/archives/

Sladen's site alsa features 8 months of #vserver logs, but they're quite
old
now. Perhaps someone maintains a more up-to-date archive, I don't know.
