so it seems that recent tool do have it, what tool
do you currently use?

if they are too old, and you do not want to upgrade
you can also use the 'bit' notation (^20), see

PS: if it still fails after making sure that
everything is fine, please try with a mainline
version without grsec, so that we can eliminate
this possible source of errors ...
