when the wiki page was moved to the new wiki,
the util-vserver specific 'names' got lost
(http://linux-vserver.org/Capabilities_and_Flags)
but if you check here:
http://oldwiki.linux-vserver.org/Caps+and+Flags
you'll see that they use the lowercase version
(for now/older tools)
if something doesn't work, using ^<bit> should help
e.g. ^17 for VIRT_UPTIME
Hollow/Daniel: could you decide about the future
syntax/naming and/or add the config names to the
wiki page pretty please?
