Yes. I've gotten a working vserver setup now, but on ext3, and
the previous test was reiser. I may be able to set up some
additional test machines for jfs and xfs in a bit, but unfortunately
not right now.

Just following the examples in patch-2.6.14. Both __in_dev_get
and the file table have switched to using rcu, so corresponding
changes are in this patch.

Oh good, I didn't realize there were existing regression tests. I'll
take a look at these.
