in this case you want to do:
vnamespace --enter guest -- mount /mnt/cdrom
vnamespace --enter guest -- mount --bind /mnt/cdrom /vservers/guest/mnt/cdrom
or much simpler:
vnamespace --enter guest -- mount /dev/cdrom /vservers/guest/mnt/cdrom
