Not only inside the guest but also in the root. This doesn't surprise
me as the root context is not very different from the guest context as
per as the implementation is concerned. Please let me know if my
understanding is correct.

Also I cannot create any other /proc entries if I write corresponding
code in the {KERNEL_SRC}/fs/proc/proc_misc.c Is this also a case with
security?
