with the 0.30.204 tools yes ;)

with 0.30.207+ you should be able to do:

mkdir -p /etc/vservers/.defaults/apps/vshelper-delegate
echo "#!/bin/true" >/etc/vservers/.defaults/apps/vshelper-delegate/startup
echo "#!/bin/true" >/etc/vservers/.defaults/apps/vshelper-delegate/shutdown
chmod +x /etc/vservers/.defaults/apps/vshelper-delegate/*

which should silence those ...
(but they are 'just' debug messages)
