yes, unless someone else wants to take mainteinership.
When? i think not before 2.6.8, when the 2.6 branch will be more stable

Not so much, 2.6 is much better for vserver stuffs because the "big macchines" features

No, i think stability and features are the top priorities, after all, people using vserver are all expert sysadmins , aren't?

2.6 , not sure about LSM, i dnt know if it have all the hooks for supporting vserver, and however maybe things will be too much complicated.
I have the impression LSM will be rewritten/severely extended in the future.
