With Gentoo Linux 3.13.11 with VServer 2.3.6.11 installed, I am sitting at
the console trying to open a second terminal on host machine. When at the
terminal of host, I cannot use the keys Alt+F1, Alt+F2, etc., to open second
instances of terminal. At first I thought it must be a normal consequence of
the VServer functionality. So I hoped installing tmux to open another
terminal would likely work, but it too does nothing except return to the
same terminal and prompt.
