AFAIK, the last number in this "a.b.c.d" kernel numbering scheme
is something like bugfix-level, which is updated always to the last
value in our software-deposit. So I'm actually running 2.6.35.14
and that might explain it.

In my case it is not a big problem as vserver.start goes without
problem, even remapped devices work. Only vserver.stop complains
but otherwise shutdowns a guest normally...
