setup a test system, where you can hit one of your guests
(or several of them at once) with artificial stress tests
(like a page impression performance test or so) and
monitor the kernel output (best via serial console)
compile the kernel with DEBUG_INFO enabled so that we
can more precise pinpointing in case of a kernel trace

interestingly both kernel traces include sys_semctl, so
it might be related to the code handling the semaphores
maybe just try to bang on that a little (from inside the
guest) to see if something triggers ...
