if with 'on top of' you mean as a domU kernel, then
you do not need anything special, as Xen domU support
is already included in recent kernels

those are usually for the dom0, but it is possible
to combine those with Linux-VServer as well, but
in that case, I'd suggest to investigate kvm and
probably use that as it is much easier to administrate,
a lot more powerfull than Xen and readily available
in recent kernels as well
