i understand, so it's expected behaviour, that the guest exists, when
no processes are running in the guest?

mmm ... i don't have currently access to the server, i have to look
next week. but i don't think, that grsec is installed. but apparmor
is. could this be a problem?
the kernel is 2.6.32
