I get similar messages, too, but most of mine are from:
mount accessing /proc/bus
rc.sysinit accessing /proc/bus, /proc/mdstat
sysctl trying to access ... something:
vxW: [�sysctl�,1927:#40020|40020|40020] denied 22 access to
proc:ffff88007a8db860[#0,1767]

I also get unprintable characters in there, as you can see around the
process name (in the pasted example above, around "sysctl")

Then again, I'm on 2.6.30.10 kernel with vserver patches for 2.6.30.6,
which is pretty old...
