[vserver] a simple way to see all contexts?

Is there a simple way to somehow either allow context 0 to see all
contexts, or perhaps have the host to default to context 1?

The idea is basically not to have to jump through any hoops to see
processes in other contexts.

(Just to calrify - working on something that uses VServer to provide
additional control over some processes, it's not a typical VServer/VPS set
up where you normally do not care to see processes in other contexts).

Thanks!
