As long as the guests are 32bit that works just fine.
To make the guests inside the vserver always 'see' a 32 bit environment
you might want to make sure that /etc/vservers/<vserver>/uts/machine is
set to something 32bit like i686.
This is basically what uname -m inside the guest will show you.
