see http://packages.qa.debian.org/util-vserver

daniel announced 0.30.214 last sun and micah had it packaged by mon. but
that's for unstable. after 10 days without a release-critical (RC) bug
it'll migrate to testing. after that backports.org (bpo) will host it if
someone backports it. bpo limits itself to package versions in testing to
avoid both bugs and updates (as micah released two minor revisions of
0.30.214 in two days, but the 10 day buffer means testing, and conceivable
bpo, won't see that first imperfect package).

so hopefully that explains why there's no 0.30.214 (yet) in bpo.
