[Vserver] util-vserver starts all vservers, not just those with mark "default"

Hi,

I do have some vservers, and only some of them should be startet when the host starts.
I put "default" in ../apps/init/mark of those servers to be started.
When executing "/etc/init.d/util-vserver start", ALL my vservers get started.

So I checked, and I believe I found the reason.
Please see the patch below. With that it works as expected.
If the error is something else, please tell me.
