a) you need an apt-rpm repository for suse 9.3
(maybe you accomplished this already)
b) you need a _working_ apt-rpm for debian which includes
c) a working rpm for debian, and finally
d) you need a package list (triggers) for suse 9.3
maybe folks already know how to accomplish some of
this, if so, please follow up to this posting ...
