After adding (different) names to all interfaces everything looks fine
now to me, except one thing (below). Interfaces show up proper, even
within a vserver guest system, and there "only" the relating ones.
Also some errors on stopping vserver guests with "mount --bind" mounts
in there pre-start and post-stop scripts on unmounting have been
solved by this hack.
The only thing left (i think per design) is, that still the (not
configered to) host system uses the eth0 ressource and source IP from
first guest instead of refusing an external connection ...
