1.9.3 had some issues but this seems PREEMPTion related

it happened in linux-vserver code, so it is some kind
of bug there ...

I'd appreciate the result of addr2line -e vmlinux c0128c76
(where vmlinux is the file in your build tree)

In general, I'd suggest to try the 1.9.4-rc3 and disable
PREEMPTion for now, as it doesn't improve linux-vserver
handling ...
