Got me a new job, going to use vserver to improve things.

So I stopped the original vserver and copied it to the new server.
Still did not work.
The final fix was to delete all the files in:
/vservers/vservernama/proc/[1-9]
and it fixed the problem.
"The various directories that you see out here are the processes that were
running on our machine at the instant we took a snapshot of the /proc
file system. "
