nfs is a rpc service and needs portmapper to register

It's not a problem with caps. I tried net_admin and sys_admin caps, but
no luck. It seems chbind is the problem.
I already reported it to list, but no one could help me. I don't
remember the exact error message, but it was something like "no valid
interface found". If I do ifconfig -a I see the interfaces but no IP
address attached to it. My guess was that this confuses portmapper. But
I'm no programmer to track this down.
You can easely reproduce it. Just start portmapper within a vserver and
you see two lines in /var/log/messages
