about 1000, so to narrow it down the following infos
might be really appreciated:
- the kernel version
- the linux-vserver patch version
- the utility and it's version
- your vserver configuration
- the network setup on the host
- what actually fails on a ssh out

- what tcpdump on a 'failing' ssh/telnet looks like
