i use the option nonamespace, otherwise it doesn't work.

eventually this was not a problem with the patch:

i rebooted the computer without properly exiting the vservers.

so when i started it the "/sbin/rc default" exited immediatly (i use
gentoo). after i chrooted and launched /sbin/rc shutdown in each vserver
i could start them again.

sorry for this bogus bug report.

i guess this could be a problem if the server is not properly rebooted.
