Hello,

i´ve setup an vserver 1.39 with an copy of the running debian sid. The
vserver starts, but there are htree problenms :

1. when i enter the vserver (vserver vserver3 enter) i get about the
following multiple error message (about 30 ) :

bash: /dev/null: Keine Berechtigung (for english-speaking-people : no
Access rights)

Whats the reason and how get i rid of them ?

2. I can do no "ps" in the vserver. Message :

Error: /proc must be mounted
To mount /proc at boot you need an /etc/fstab line like:
      /proc /proc proc defaults
In the meantime, mount /proc /proc -t proc

When i try to mount, the mount command complains that /proc is busy

The same behaviour occurs whenn i try an "vserver vserver3 stop" and
"vserver vserver3 status"

What goes Wrong ?

3. No ping in vserver is possible.

ping: icmp open socket: Operation not permitted

Following Capabilities are set in vserver3.conf :

S_CAPS="CAP_SETPCAP CAP_SYS_ADMIN CAP_NET_BROADCAST CAP_SYS_PACCT
CAP_SYS_RAWIO CAP_NET_BROADCAST"

Thank you for your effort

Oliver
