it should be stable, and it will be updated/fixed when
we discover/fix new bugs ... new features will be added
in 1.3.x/1.4 ...

well, in my opinion they can't be too fast, you can always
stick to the older versions, so where is the difference?

currently 1.21 (it should be the stablest version for now)

regarding the kernel, there is Alexey (which does his own
branch), Jacques and myself, the userspace tools are Jacques
and Enrico ... some distro specific tools/issues are done
by other community members ...
