a) all the 'alternative root' issues are 'hopefully' solved
   with util-vserver (configurable)
b) g++ issues should be gone
c) could you please report 'bugs' via the list like the
   vpx? bug ...
d) what should/will setctxlimit do?
e) what is ext2fs used for?

those tools are not working with development, vserver-0.28
hopefully will ...
