If you are using the vquota support, you *must* tie the vserver to a fixed
context ID by editing:

  /etc/vservers/${SERVER}.conf

and setting:

  S_CONTEXT="42"

to a *unique* id number. This is because the files are saved to disk with
the context number attached and in your case this has changed between
reboots of the vserver. Hence the files appear to belong to a different
vserver (context) and so are not allowed to be written to.
