Hi *,

actually i have a problem with a new board(Intel D865GBF), which have a
bunch of new pci id's. The vanilla 2.4.20 or .21 kernel hasn't got those
id's. (ex: Intel 0x2570, 0x2572 etc.)

So i'm not able to load the ethernet driver. Only a patch from Alan
Cox(2.4.21-ac2) helps, but at this point the actual ctx-17 patch has
some rejects. I give up at this point.

So i want give the kernel 2.5.73 a try. My question is: Is the vanilla
2.5er vserver aware, aka ctx inside? My first impression after a find |
grep... on kernelsource looks like that the ctx stuff is already inside.

If this is already inside, does the userland tools running on top of
2.5er based systems?

Frank.
