My snapshot updated.
Changes between last:
1) added limit RSS memory. It's not absolute limit but if context excess this
her memory pages first do displace from RAM.
2) added fake for sysinfo syscall and /proc/meminfo
3) fixed stupid bug in fake statfs.
4) fixed use set_hostname/set_domainname in VPS.
5) add freeze starting new process in VPS
6) add sending signal to all processes in context.
7) in my_tools fixed bug when it compile gcc-3.
