It's a straight patch without any #ifdefs--although this should probably be
done and a menuconfig created. I know Herbert has done this for his *extra*
quota patches.

I never realised that was there. For the moment grab source the normal
`vserver-0.21' tarball and then you want the files from:

If you want to run bind9 under vserver, you'll either have to edit the
Makefile and add ``--disable-linux-caps'' or grab use the bind9 package
from:
