Hello,
I guess you're reporting your problem with the main focus on your
hardware. Are you sure that the prolem is in the hardware? Have you
tried to unplug that hard drive, connect it to a [insert here all the
tested cpu arch's] and rerun the tests? Does it work?

All i'm saying is: maybe the problem is somewhere else?
